My opinion on 'natural hair'/My Journey

Going natural is a different experience. It works for some and for others it doesn't. I decided to go natural around late Feb-early Mar but I couldn't due to my cousin's wedding (in April) so I made sure that was my last and final relaxer. My Birthday went by (May 18th) and I said enough is enough I'm starting May 22nd and I started transitioning that day. I couldn't take the two different textures so I got up the courage and cut cut cut my relaxed ends went (Thanks mom!). Being natural is about love not only your hair but yourself and be paitent with your hair and don't expect it to be BSL(bra strap length) in a couple months, it takes time.
